Mission Valley Cotton Mill. New Braunfels / Whittington's Denim (Fear the Walking Dead film location) / Or?

Key Details Actual Location: The building used for Whittington's Denim Company in the show is the old Mission Valley Cotton Mill. 

Where to Find It: The location is at 1554 Gruene Rd, New Braunfels, TX 78130. 
Why the Confusion: The name "Old Mill" likely refers to the historic nature of the cotton mill, and the "Old Mill Resort" is a separate, nearby property. The "Whittington's Denim Co." name was painted on the building for the show, according to Ray Roman Media. 

Is this yet another attempt to revitalize this abandoned cotton mill on the banks of the Guadalupe River?  We have seen this over and over.   Eventually the "coming soon" signs come down.  Maybe Casey Ltd. Development will make this valuable property great again? 

Seeing that, at the time of this writing, Casey Development's website doesn't even work, I, for one, am skeptical.

This is also the site of the historic Comal Cotton company, at ComalCottons.com.  That domain name has been acquired and a blog is posted there.  That website plans to document the various iterations of businesses and activities at and around this site.
