Tubing season - you should not get a noise violation citation/ticket from the river police using this thing.  This speaker is sufficiently loud enough for you and your group, however, due to its size, should not trigger a noise violation by the revenue-hungry NBPD river patrol.  For obvious reasons, we cannot guarantee this, but seriously, due to the size, it cannot possibly get loud enough to trigger the noise polution citation.
